Kith: Scottish Seasonal Food for Family & Friends

We are thrilled to welcome food writer and 2022 MasterChef finalist Sarah Rankin to Tidelines with her debut cookbook Kith – a celebration of Scottish flavours and seasonality. Sarah is passionate about the importance of local producers and reclaiming the link between the people who make our food and what we cook. 

In a Tidelines first, this event will include a live cookery demonstration, as Sarah cooks some of the seasonal dishes from her book while she talks about the process of collecting and writing the recipes that celebrate Scotland’s larder.
